Will R. Barham is a native of Oak Ridge, Louisiana. He earned a B.A. in History and Philosophy from the the University of Louisiana at Monroe. After graduating from Loyola Law School of New Orleans, he opened his own private law practice.
He is an active member in the Fifth and Fourth Judicial District Court Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Louisiana as well as Federal Court.
